Appointments
Fully registered patients can now book and cancel appointments with the doctor via the internet!...
If you would like to use this service but have not yet registered with the web-site, please ask at Billesdon Reception or Bushby Reception for your log-in details.
If you are registered please CLICK HERE to manage your appointments.
Please remember that nearly all of the doctor's morning surgeries are open sessions (turn up and be seen) and cannot be booked, therefore nearly all of the appointments available via the internet are with Drs Cooke, Rayner, Burton & Gray in the afternoon (Dr Austin only runs open surgeries in the mornings).
Appointments with the Practice Nurse are not available via the internet.
Please telephone or call-in at reception in the usual manner for appointments or services not available via the internet.
Signing-in to the online Patient Access has changed.
On the Sign In screen you'll need to enter the Practice ID and your Access ID in the boxes provided and click the "Get my User ID" button to generate your new User ID number. You'll only have to do this once. Use this new 12 digit number as your User ID from now on followed by your password as normal.
If you forget your Login details please telephone reception and ask that your Login ID be reset.
