Billesdon Surgery
Please telephone the surgery if you need to see a GP or nurse. The phone lines will open at 8:00am each morning, Monday to Friday. A receptionist will ask you for brief details on your condition and a GP or Healthcare Professional will phone you back and either give you advice over the phone or make you an appointment at Billesdon or Bushby Surgery.
Bushby branch is only seeing pre-booked appointments. You cannot collect prescription/medications from Bushby at this time until further notice.
We have limited online bookable slots available for GP face to face appointments and Health Care Assistants for blood tests.
Billesdon Surgery recommends patients download and register with the NHS App to book appointments online.

An alternative to the NHS App is Airmid. If you would like to use this service but have not yet completed an Online Access Application form please CLICK HERE to download one. Complete the form and bring it to Billesdon or Bushby Surgery with 2 forms of ID. You will then receive your log-in details via text message, email or letter.
If you do not have a smart phone you can create an account with SystmOnline. CLICK HERE to download an application form. Complete the form and bring it to Billesdon or Bushby Surgery with 2 forms of ID. You will then receive your log-in details via text message, email or letter.
Online Access services are available only if you have an email address or mobile number. As per our privacy policy we will not accept application forms where patients are sharing the same email address or mobile number.

Acceptable forms of identification are: Passport (photo ID); Drivers Licence (photo ID); Bus Pass (photo ID); Student card (photo ID); Household Bill (address ID); Bank Statement (address ID); Marriage Certificate; Birth Certificate.
