Accurx Online Patient Triage
What is Accurx Online Patient Triage?
Accurx Online Patient Triage is an online consultation tool that allows you to submit an administrative request to Billesdon Surgery. This feature has now been activated for our practice and is open from 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday.
What can I use it for?
- Requesting a fit (sick) note
- Online access queries and password resets
- Requests to access your medical records
- Cancelling an appointment
- Test results
- Home Blood Pressure readings
Can I submit a request on behalf of someone else?
Yes – once you have answered the questions relevant to your request, you will be asked who the request is about. If you select “Myself” you will be asked for your details. If you select “Someone else” you will be asked to provide your own details along with the details of the person for whom you are submitting the request.
