We have introduced a new online system called Accurx Online Patient Triage which will run alongside our phone system, giving you choice on how you contact us. This service is for non-urgent medical and administrative requests, such as:

  • Requesting a fit (sick) note
  • Online access account queries and password resets
  • Requests to access your medical records
  • Requesting an appointment
  • Cancelling an appointment
  • Test Results
  • Home Blood Pressure readings
  • Non-urgent medical help

This service is open from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
