Billesdon Surgery now has an on-line Patient Participation Group (PPG) which is free for all of our registered patients to join. The PPG provides a place for you to tell us about our services and for us to listen and respond. For example, we have recently undertaken a qualitative survey, reported on the results, and published an IMPROVEMENT ACTION PLAN in response. Please do join us by clicking here - we particularly need representation from our younger patients, so don't be shy - join today!
Walk-In Services Out-of-Hours
Please note that our local cottage hospitals provide walk-in services for minor illness and minor injuries when our surgery is closed.
